MPRO is Michigan's Quality Improvement Organization (QIO).  MPRO handles quality of care complaints and discharge notice appeals from Medicare members and their designated care givers.
Since 1984, MPRO has  been helping consumers better understand their rights and privileges under the Medicare program.  We want to help your receive quality health care.  There is no charge for our services.

MEDIATION - HOW IT WORKS

This alternative to medical record review is an opportunity for you and your provider to tell your story, respond to each other, and resolve your concerns about the way you were treated. When you call MPRO to file a complaint, a review case manager will give you more details.
