Kathy Matuszak, RN, BSN, is the Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin IDR project manager at MPRO. Utilizing her more than 16 years of experience in long-term care and 13 years in organizational management, Ms. Matuszak possesses an extensive understanding and knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by long-term care facilities. Among her numerous leadership roles, she has served as Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, In-service Director, MDS Coordinator, Unit Manager and Charge Nurse at several respected long-term care facilities. In addition, she is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Eden Associate. Ms. Matuszak received her nursing degrees from Madonna University.
