Susan Siwek

Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration

Susan Siwek has over 28 years of non-profit and human resource experience. Previous to coming to MPRO in 2006, Ms. Siwek was the vice president of human resources and development for a social service, child welfare organization in Southeast Michigan for 23 years. In addition, she served as the C.O.O., and Interim CEO, for a Federal Qualified Health Center in Genesee County. Ms. Siwek brings a wealth of experience in human resources, nonprofit administration and health care to MPRO which supports all aspects of the organization’s human service needs.

Ms. Siwek actively participates in community committees including the Michigan Membership Board for Childhelp, a national foster care organization. In addition, she volunteers her time to mentor and support individuals in career transition.

She obtained a bachelors degree and masters from Central Michigan University. Ms. Siwek and her husband have four grown children.
