MPRO’s Unique Approach to IIDR
Objective Decision Making Process
MPRO believes that an objective review process is fundamental to reaching a reliable, consistent determination for each cited deficiency.
Independence
MPRO ensures that all review determinations, with respect to IIDR outcomes, are given independent of any person(s) involved with the issuing of a statement of deficiencies or the nursing facility in question.
Reviewer Expertise
Each IIDR reviewer is either a licensed Registered Nurse or other qualified professional who has LTC experience and extensive knowledge of the regulations and standards of practice.
Commitment to Quality
Continuous quality improvement (CQI) is integral to MPRO’s IIDR program and greatly influences the way MPRO manages its customer relationships, develops staff, and creates high quality products and services.

MPRO adheres to strict timeliness guidelines to ensure that IDR determinations are returned on or before the agreed upon deadline.
